FAQ

How do I book a shoot?

Please reach out through the CONTACT link on the website with requested shoot dates. A photo shoot is considered BOOKED when the deposit is received and a followup email confirmation is sent.

The deposit is 25% of the package price and is non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the price of the package, and shoots can be rescheduled without loosing the deposit in case of a major public safety event such as a structure fire or mass casualty incident.

Do you work internationally?

Yes! Nike loves to capture public safety crews in action and will be photographing in Europe in Summer 2025. Travel costs will be added to package pricing.

What is your typical timeline?

Sneak peak photos (4-6 edited, digital images) are provided within 24 hours. Digital galleries are available on the website between two-three weeks following the last day of shooting. Physical prints will be mailed or delivered within three weeks of the shoot date. The agency will be notified by email when digital galleries are posted, and/or receive tracking information on physical products being shipped.
